36 Hours in Paris
I took off from Heathrow Midday on the 12th September to visit and install one of my Signature LP12’s. My 36 hour trip was the perfect way to install the LP12 and get the very best of my clients system.
I tried to make the very best use of my time building a beautiful Bolivian Rosewood Chris Harban plinth into an amazing LP12 incorporating the Ekos Se, Keel, Radikal and Urika. This was married to a Dynavector XV1-s cartridge, Tiger Paw Khan top-plate and a set of Chord Sarum Phono-to-din (for Naim) interconnect cables. The result of my work, a Signature LP12 sounded most pleasing. There was one happy customer and smiles all around.
Given the work had extended into the evening, a little sightseeing after dark was called for and allowed me to see Paris in a different light! Walking around near the Eiffel Tower and along the Seine near Notre Dame was a great experience. This was then topped off by sitting outside a bar enjoying a refreshing drink with my client and just watching the world go by until the small hours….
The following day and before I needed to catch my flight home, I re-built the system and the Naim Fraim trying to eek every last drop of performance. The LP12 (now with more than 12 hours of running) was re-evaluated and the results were even better as I’d expected.
Having achieved everything I’d wanted to, it was time to say goodbye and head back to the airport. Anyway, that’s another great sounding Signature LP12 and most importantly a very happy client.
Kind regards,
Peter
