For almost quarter of a century Cymbiosis, and Listen Inn before it, have had their premises in Hotel Street, in the heart of the Cathedral City of Leicester. Today we announce that we will be leaving our City Centre premises to move our business to the beautiful surroundings of the village of Rearsby, 7 miles north of Leicester.

The premises which we have purchased are based in Brook Park Business Park and will be perfect for us to cater for our clients. Long gone are the days of high volumes of walk in trade, now we are finding that our clients are looking to visit us by appointment, be able to park directly outside our premises and have great transport links from airports, train stations and also motorways. Brook Park provides us with this and gives us a blank canvas to build a premises custom designed for our music loving clients.

Brook Park has great links from both North, South, East and West being only 15 minutes from J21a of the M1 and close to the A46, so it is quick and easy to get to us from all directions. Brook Park is also ideally located to service both Leicester and Loughborough train stations with its links direct to London St Pancras and also East Midlands Airport.

Our Brook Park premises is currently just a shell, however we are going to be putting in a large amount of investment to build a custom built premises, designed with our ideas and requirements at the forefront.

Our new property will feature two demonstration rooms designed to replicate the domestic living environment, specialising in analogue and digital replay respectively. A custom built 3 bay LP12 set up area as well as a large will provide our clients with a completely new experience having their turntable set up. This in conjunction with a welcoming open plan reception/office area, large amounts of storage, disabled toilet facilities and a kitchen will allow us to provide far higher levels of service to you, our customers. This move will also allow us, now released from the shackles of the high street, to have more time to range further and more frequently allowing us to look after clients both nationally and internationally in the comfort of their own home. Offering home demonstrations and home set ups is always something we have wanted to offer more of, now we have the time, the tools and the premises to do so.

This is a very exciting time for all of us here at Cymbiosis, and we are all looking forward to the move. The project and building works will be starting as of this week and we would be looking to be fully moved into the premises by December.

We hope you will be as excited as we are with the prospect of our move and we look forward to welcoming you to our new property soon. We will be issuing frequent progress updates so as to keep you informed during this construction phase and move in.
