Peter has recently returned from a trip to see a regular client in the beautiful city of Vienna.

On this visit, Peter fitted a new Dynavector XV-1t cartridge and a new Chord Company Sarum armlead to the customer’s Linn LP12 and also re-installed and set up his recently DR’d Naim system, which was no mean feat (feet?) as can be seen in the photo alongside.

As a Professor of Dermatology, he also has a clinic on the outskirts of Vienna, where his patients are treated to music from a Linn/Naim system installed in the reception area. This consists of a Linn LP12 turntable, which Peter also serviced, a Naim NDX network player and a Naim Supernait 2 into a pair of Naim Allae loudspeakers.

Peter and Alison were also able to take some time out to attend a concert by the Vienna Philharmonic at the Musikverein, of the Symphony Nr 2 by Anton Bruckner, conducted by Christian Thielemann. Definitely a treat not to be missed when in Vienna.
