As the Coronavirus situation develops, here at Cymbiosis we are constantly keeping abreast of the situation and following the Government recommendations

Cymbiosis will still be open as usual at the moment, but we would ask our customers to understand as we put a few sensible precautions in place.

We are only accepting visitors who have pre-booked an appointment with us and we can only see one person at a time, that is unless they are accompanied by someone who lives in the same household.

We would ask that visitors wash their hands on arrival in the manner recommended by the Government and Public Health England.

Cymbiosis will be regularly cleaning surfaces which people come into contact with on our premises.

We will be adhering to advice on social distancing including the usual shaking of hands. We also feel that it is advisable not to serve refreshments at this time (sorry to those who love our coffee!).

We are still able to make home visits where necessary, subject to the condition that only those who actually live in the household are present at the time and free from any symptons on the day.
